Every workplace is different with a unique combination of personalities, history and ways of doing things. Added to this, no matter how much data you collect about the past, there is a limit to how much it can help to navigate an uncertain future. What this means is that your existing performance processes may be doing more harm than good.
Rather than trying to force an approach to performance that may not end up working properly, we have created an alternative way to start improving workplace performance. Our LESS IS MORE program starts by identifying things that need to be removed (e.g. processes, spending habits, etc). With additional time and space now available, you will be in a better position to make better decisions about what to do next.
Less is more.
A successful workplace is one where everyone is working together effectively towards common goals. Not just within teams, but across the entire workplace. It has to be about the big picture at all times.
Our technique helps to identify wastes of time and resources right across the organisation. The secret to this technique is inviting the people who are closest to the action to identify the things that are already on their mind, but possibly haven't been invited to speak about. We can then help you co-create a program that sees teams coming up with solutions to fix any problems identified. Think of it as a combination of employee engagement and cost-reduction program mixed into one.
What’s involved?
- You provide us with the email addresses of your team members. We upload into our secure platform and send everyone just three questions to answer. They spend less then ten minutes answering. All responses are anonymous.
- We analyse the results and provide an overall summary which we will discuss. We then co-create an action plan that sees groups of team members turning suggestions into actions. In other words, team members are helping to own both the problem and the solution.
- We provide background support – your organisation retains both the know-how and the ownership over the process (which also keeps costs lower).
How much?
The Christmas/New Year period is the perfect time to conduct this exercise to ensure 2020 is your most successful year yet.
“We are not saying that we are better at understanding your workplace than you. Our role is to help you identify those things that are getting in the way of performance. The reality is that these things are often difficult to spot from the inside. It’s a ‘do-with’ process rather than a ‘do-too’ process, which means we support you whilst you retain the majority of the knowledge. Programs start from just $5,000. Simply get in touch to chat further about it”
